Lunch Orders

We are excited to announce that our new online lunch ordering and payment system is finally available!  The base price of all meal items is $4 per day.

Payment can be made using a debit/credit card or electronic check.

To order and pay for lunch, parents and guardians must register for a "Pay for It" account at

Before you can order lunch, you must first create an account, add your student(s) to the account, and add payment methods.

Please note, in order to add a student, you must enter their student ID, first name, and last name.  Your student's ID is available in the parent portal (and details were also emailed to all parents and guardians).

Once these steps are completed, you are ready to order lunch.  Please follow the steps outlined in the attached document for completing your order(s).

NOTE:  If you'd like your child to receive milk with their lunch(es), you must indicate your choices in both the monthly Meal Selection screen AND the monthly Milk Selection screen.  1% and fat-free milk are included in the price of lunch.  Chocolate milk will be available for an additional 10 cents per meal.  If you do not indicate choices on the Milk selection screen, your child WILL NOT receive milk and must bring their own beverage.  IMPORTANT - Be sure to only order milk on the days that you have ordered a lunch entree.  "Milk only"  orders without an entree selection cannot be processed.

To provide this service, the cost of lunch now includes a 16 cent internet convenience fee for each meal purchased using a debit/credit card or $1.75 transfer fee per order purchased using an electronic check.
All lunch orders are non-refundable.

Please pay special attention to the field trip dates that are included on the posted lunch menu and on the school website.  If you accidentally order lunch for a day that your student has a trip, you will be issued a credit for the following month.  However, we ask that you please make every effort to avoid ordering lunch on trip days.

Lunch orders CAN NOT be added after the posted order deadline.  Sorry, no exceptions can be made.

FIELD TRIPS: Please be sure to note the field trips indicated on the monthly menu and DO NOT order lunch for those days.  Again - all lunch orders are non-refundable. 

If you have not received confirmation that you are eligible for free or reduced lunch, you will have to pay full price.  Orders can not be processed without payment unless you have been identified as eligible for free or reduced lunch.  Note:  Even if you do qualify for free or reduced lunch, you still must provide a payment method in the system to order lunch.  Click here for details about free and reduced lunch.  If you qualify for free or reduced lunch, but do not place an order in the system, your child will receive cereal for lunch.  All orders are based on what is entered into the system and there are NO extras available.

Free and Reduced ($2) lunch is available for families that meet specific income guidelines.  Applications are accepted online at  Even if you received this aid last year, you must reapply. If circumstances change, you may reapply during the school year. Proof of income will be required to qualify for this program. Do Not Hesitate to use this program if you qualify. Confidentiality of all applicants is assured.
